I'm in the process of getting together some new pictures (and maybe video!) of the building where I am staying, and the surrounding area, but I don't want to appear stalker-y hahaha I had my Shakespeare and US & UK comparative history classes yesterday. The Shakespeare teacher seems really into the subject, he's softspoken and kinda reminds me of Santa without the long beard! Throughout the semester, we will be seeing 3 live productions, 1 of which will be staring Sir Ian McKellan in King Lear! A couple of other people in the class want to see a production with Ewan McGregor (I think, I don't remember for sure), but I don't know when that is. The history class topic is very broad, so they narrow it down every semester. This time, it's the Irish Diaspora to America and comparing it to the Irish Diaspora in England between the 1790s and the 1930s. I just have to try to pay attention and keep up with the teacher, he paces back and forth very frequently in the front of the room and I spent the whole time trying to keep him in view!

Hi Sweetie!

Thanks for the schedule--I'll post it where I can glance at it frequently. No more wondering what you're doing when.

Were you going on an excursion this Friday? I see that you're not online.

BTW: Diaspora? Huh?

Thanks for the info about your courses...how lucky you'll be to see and hear Shakespeare performed by true Brits!

Send pics when you get a chance!

Luv ya!
